The long-distance trail of the southern Baltic for those who appreciate relaxing by the sea on two wheels. National parks, sandy beaches, lighthouses and peaceful fishing villages or bustling seaside resorts are the trademarks of the Polish coast

The schedule can be undertaken on a selected section of the route or several stages including transfers depending on the arrival airport and the preferences of participants. The international R10 route is one of the most beautiful and varied cycle routes in Europe. Its part runs just across the Polish coast. Each cycle lover will discover a route suitable for their tastes and skills here

PROPOSAL 1 (5 days)

- Flight arrival at Szczecin, transfer to the Swinoujscie / Miedzyzdroje area

- Wolin Island (international island), a Baltic island in Poland with the most beautiful cliffs, precious nature and one of the tallest lighthouses on the Baltic Sea coast

- Western Pomerania, whose showpiece are clean, sandy beaches, seaside resorts, numerous lighthouses and the famous ruins of the church on the cliff reminiscent of the destructive power of the seas

- Return flight to the country of residence from Szczecin airport

PROPOSAL 2 (5-6 days)

- Flight arrival at Gdansk, transfer to the Leba area

- Słowinski National Park, there are the famous "shifting dunes", the most beautiful vantage points in the eastern part of the Polish coast; an opportunity to enjoy the desert landscape just a few steps from the sea

- Transfer to the Białogora area,

- The Hel Peninsula (Mierzeja Helska), a unique panorama of the Coastal Landscape Park (Nadmorski Park Krajobrazowy), the northernmost point of Poland - Cape Rozewie (Przyladek Rozewie) and the Hel Peninsula (Polwysep Helski), a place where the President of Poland often relaxes in summer.

- Return flight to the country of residence from Gdansk airport
