The beer trail around the Polish mountains is for people who like beer and active rest. In the Sudetenland, the rich brewing traditions of this region were begun in the Middle Ages by miners, rich city dwellers, princes and the powerful Cistercian Order
Day 1
- Flight arrival at Wroclaw, transfer to Sudetenland
- Sightseeing of Sudeten attractions:
- Cistercian Abbey in Krzeszow, evidence of how the Benedictine rule “ora et labora” helped the Cistercians to become a monastic power.
- Lunch at Miedzianka Brewery. Young and talented chemistry students dropped out of university to recreate mine brewing traditions in a township that simply disappeared.
- There are royal palaces and gardens and romantic ruins of medieval castles in the backdrop of the Karkonosze Mountains
- Accommodation in Karkonosze, in the charming town of Mala Upa located on the Czech-Polish border
- There's a beer feast at the Trautenberk Brewery and top quality golden liquor brewed with old, proven methods invented by "Sudeten pharmacists" testers. There is the possibility of organizing a beer brewing show and a short tour of the small brewery
Day 2
- Tour of the Karkonosze Mountains. The route goes along the main ridge of the Karkonosze Mountains providing an opportunity to see what is most beautiful in the Mountains with its peaks, post-glacial valleys, tundra, and beautiful, distant panoramas. There is a possibility of going up to Śnieżka - the highest peak of the Karkonosze Mountains
- During the trip, there is a dinner in a Czech hostel with tasting at a local brewery, the highest located in the Sudety Mountains at an altitude of 1400 m
- A night in Karpacz area. The possibility of accommodation and regeneration at the SPA&Wellness hotel
Day 3
- Continuation stay in the Sudetenland:
- A walk around Jelenia Gora, a city which is over 1000 years old, founded by the Polish prince Bolesław called "Sudeten Hannibal”
- A short excursion to the Ostrzyca Mountain, which in its shape resembles the Japanese Fuji. A peak with an interesting panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains and the Land of Extinct Volcanoes
- Lwowek Brewery, visiting the most famous Sudeten brewery combined with tasting the golden liquor that was once present on princely and royal tables
- Accommodation in Wroclaw area
Day 4
- Transfer to the airport. Return flight to the country of residence
