Day 1:

- Flight arrival at Krakow or Katowice, transfer to a SPA hotel with thermal pools in Podhale

- All day relaxation combined with a wide range of treatment (depending on the choice of the hotel): cleansing, rejuvenating, nourishing, active, and massages for pregnant women and children, sauna room, as well as manicure & pedicure, hairdresser, beautician, consultations with a dietitian or trainer

- Welcome dinner. An opportunity to taste specialties of highlander and Polish cuisine

Day 2:

- After breakfast there is the possibility of attractions (to choose from):

• Tourist excursion to the Tatras and Podhale
• Shopping time – Poland is famous for its very favorable price-quality ratio
• Rest in a cozy cafe, visit an interesting place / local museum

- Further, afternoon spa & wellness treatments

Day 3

-Transfer to the airport. Return flight to the country of residence
